How it all started...
In the fall of 2022, two bilingual churches - Iglesia Bautista La Vid and Templo Bautista Emanuel - joined forces to accomplish more for the Kingdom of God. With support from Cross Church, the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention, and the North American Mission Board's Send Network, Iglesia Agape was officially established on August 19th, 2023.

As a multicultural, Christ-centered church family, we are passionate about proclaiming the gospel of King Jesus as we walk together with, and are transformed by, Him.
We currently offer bilingual services, but beginning in September 2025, we will transition to two single-language services: one in English and one in Spanish.
